Community work
I go out, do this stuff for free, on my time, my energy, gets me out, I contribute to the area I am planning on living around in the near future, good workout for me, and I get to create a value driven, positive social media post. I also get a lot of joy and satisfaction from just doing it internally, which is another big thing, and honestly the biggest thing for me.
It then creates a better feel, aesthetic, easier walking or access on paths for people, area feels cared for, spreads some positivity into the world and on social media also.
For me, I see it as a win-win-win. Value first, whatever comes after that is an added bonus!
At the same time, since I enjoy it so much, I've been looking for ways on how I can earn an income from doing community work, the best thing I've found so far is recommending the gear I use to you if you or anyone you know is ever looking for garden and outdoor gear that does the job!
I only recommend the tools that I use regularly, which allows you to see for yourself in the videos! This way you're able to support the work I do, whilst also getting gear you'd need anyways!

Kelsale pavement clearance
KelsaleI cleared an overgrown, neglected pavement over in Kelsale, on my own time, for free.
I didn't record the very last part, the final sweep of the leftover dust, soil and earth. I just didn't feel like filming that bit, but I still did it! I'll get a final photo up here soon so you can see how it turned out.
